In this workshop, we’ll explore the foundational relationship between muscle and bone in yoga practice. You’ll learn the basics of how your skeleton shapes your movement, how muscles support and stabilize your joints, and how to use this knowledge to practice with more confidence, safety, and self-awareness.
This is not dry textbook anatomy. It’s real-world, feel-it-in-your-body learning—blended with guided yoga movement to help you integrate what you learn. However, a substantial amount of time will be spent in learning mode as we alternate between practice and intellect.
