Matt, an E-RYT-500 since 1984 and co-founder of Main Street Yoga Center, has taught Yoga and meditation since 1976, now focusing on teacher training and continuing education while integrating his diverse experiences in various Yoga practices.
Valerie embraces her journey at her own pace, including her path in yoga teaching. Though practicing since her 20s, she only began teaching later in life. Valerie is passionate about accessible yoga, yin yoga, and teacher training. She expertly guides trainee teachers in applying movements and postures safely to diverse bodies.

Ali, an educator with an MBA and BBA, deepened her yoga practice to embrace self-acceptance and believes that facing challenges helps us connect with ourselves. She promotes inner peace and resilience through a variety embodied practices.
Amie began her yoga journey in 1999 and has since developed a dedicated practice, eventually earning her teaching certifications in 2003 and 2004. She now conducts classes, courses, and retreats while continuously studying advanced practices with esteemed teachers in her field.
Amy discovered yoga 16 years ago, finding liberation in the present moment after struggling with self-image issues. After resuming her practice five years post her second child's birth, she now teaches authentically. Her classes blend physical challenges with moments of surrender, often infused with laughter, creating a welcoming environment for all.
An accomplished teacher and healer, Aubree is dedicated to sharing her expertise in yogic arts. As a senior Prana Vinyasa® Yoga Trainer, she integrates asana, breath, and flow with creative sequencing and intention. Her extensive training includes holistic practices, breath facilitation, and transformational coaching, promoting health and inspired living.
Hannah did not originally intend to teach when she took her yoga teacher training in 2018. With honor to her humanitarian work, she enjoys offering yoga as an extension of community care. Since returning to the Madison area after years abroad, Hannah is ready to share with the community in a way different than before.

Ken is a Certified Forrest Yoga instructor and licensed Respiratory Therapist who discovered yoga in 2003 as a remedy for knee issues. Raka Pushpanajali Bandyo, or Pushpa, embodies the essence of her Indian heritage. As a first-generation Indian-American, she passionately studies Jyotish Vedic Astrology and Mantra Shastra. Pushpa also shares her love for Odissi Classical Indian Dance and Ayurveda through teaching, bridging tradition and contemporary practice in her community.

Annie believes that yoga is both the deep calling and the winding path to come home to ourselves. Annie's classes weave together pleasure, laughter and a sense of connection between the Divine and deeply Human, while providing practical and approachable ways to align, adjust and settle into postures at all levels.
Cari empowers her students to connect and maintain their strength on the mat. With experience in yoga, meditation, soccer, and strength training since 2011, she integrates diverse practices into her coaching. A 200 and 300 hour yoga certified instructor and Reiki Master, her approach emphasizes patience and compassion for optimal movement benefits.
Charlotte received her certification through 21st Century Yoga on the Mat. Expect a class with an extra dose of kindness.
Iris has practiced yoga for over 20 years and is a Certified Yoga Therapist, trained in Essential Yoga Therapy. She teaches hatha yoga influenced by Kripalu and Anusara, as well as non-dualistic tantric philosophy. Additionally, Iris is a Certified Yoga Nidra teacher, offering both group classes and private sessions.
Jeff completed his yoga teacher training in 2019. He is a retired physician assistant, former fitness instructor for 20+ years, and a sailor. After years of a waxing and waning yoga practice, in his mid 50s he committed to a regular yoga practice.
Joan's yogic journey began over two decades ago, evolving from a refuge into a path of self-discovery and spirituality through various certifications. With a background in music, she incorporates sound work into her practice, often featuring a handpan during Savasana.
Lolly hopes to share that same sense of empowerment and connection with my students. Whether you’re just starting or deepening your practice, her goal is to help you feel supported, uplifted, and a little more at home in your body and spirit.
A former gymnast, Megan discovered yoga's depth beyond fitness, integrating mind, body, and soul. Her nurturing approach creates a relaxing space for self-exploration. Focusing on energy healing, she teaches Vinyasa classes that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and surrender while expanding her own knowledge in the field.
Rob completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training at Vibe Yoga Studio in 2020. Teaching at five Midwest studios, he emphasizes alignment, exploration, and self-inquiry.
