Beginner Series
Looking for Beginner Classes? You can find drop in beginner classes on our regular schedule, however if you’re of the mind to learn yoga from the ground up, we recommend taking our beginner series. We have two types of Beginner Series.
Basic Beginner Series : This is where to Start / for Raw Beginners (Beg I) (description here)
Continuing Beginner Series : Designed For those with a little Experience (Beg II) (description here)
All Series are Free for Members, but you must sign up ahead-of-time to reserve your spot.
Continuing Beginner Series (Beg II-X) : Somatic Intelligence for core
This Series is for Beginners with a little bit of experience (or equivalent)

Continuing Beginner Series (Beg II-P) : Empowered Practice
This Series is for Beginners with a little bit of experience (or equivalent)
This series picks up where our Beginner I (Raw Beginner) series left off. You do not need to have completed our Beginner I Series to attend this series, but you should be able to practice basic poses with no risk of injury. Our focus will be on building yoga skills rather than doing a fast paced practice. Our pace will be medium to slow and build skills from the ground up.

Continuing Beginner Series (Beg II-Z) : The Functional Path

This Series is for Beginners with a little bit of experience (or equivalent)
This series picks up where our Beginner I (Raw Beginner) series left off. You do not need to have completed our Beginner I Series to attend this series, but you should be able to practice basic poses with no risk of injury. Our focus will be on building yoga skills rather than doing a fast paced practice. Our pace will be medium to slow and build skills from the ground up.

As we continue to build your practice, this series will focus on Upper Body Alignment and How to Support Yourself with your arms without harm to your wrists or other common contraindications when putting weight in your upper body. Whether it’s the first time or difficulty with consistency, we will prepare your body to bear weight in the upper body regardless of what your experience has been in the past.
We offer you expert instruction for stress management, joint care, core strength, safe stretching, balance techniques, and confident movement. These classes designed for all levels of experience in a relaxed, judgment-free environment and will help you explore yoga beyond poses. This is where you learn foundational practices and the language of yoga.
This class will prepare you for more in this same series.
Enough of which will prepare you to take any yoga class you like in safety and excellence.

Basic Beginner Series : This is where to Start (Beg I)
This is our Introduction for the Raw Beginner. This class is easily accessible for anyone who can get up the stairs to our studio. In fact, you do not even need to know what yoga is in order to take this class. we’ll break down the basics, help you feel comfortable on the mat, and build your practice one step at a time. No flexibility? No problem. No experience? Perfect! Each week, you’ll build confidence, strength, balance and flexibility.

These series pick up where the Raw Beginner Series left off. Whether you come from the Raw Beginner Series or you are looking to make sure that you’ve got your bases covered, this series will dive into a specific area of focus every six weeks and within a year, you’ll have all the skills of an intermediate yogi.
