Beginner Series

Looking for Beginner Classes? You can find drop in beginner classes on our regular schedule, however if you’re of the mind to learn yoga from the ground up, we recommend taking our beginner series. We have two types of Beginner Series. Scroll Down for Schedule

Basic Beginner Series : This is where to Start (Beg I)

This is our Introduction for the Raw Beginner. This class is easily accessible for anyone who can get up the stairs to our studio. In fact, you do not even need to know what yoga is in order to take this class. we’ll break down the basics, help you feel comfortable on the mat, and build your practice one step at a time. No flexibility? No problem. No experience? Perfect! Each week, you’ll build confidence, strength, balance and flexibility.

You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced—just ready to begin.

Continuing Beginner Series : (Beg II - A/F)

These series pick up where the Raw Beginner Series left off. Whether you come from the Raw Beginner Series or you are looking to make sure that you’ve got your bases covered, this series will dive into a specific area of focus every six weeks and within a year, you’ll have all the skills of an intermediate yogi.
