Womb Care

"It's time for you to reconnect. It's time to prioritize your radiance." ~ Regena Thomashauer

The space where the womb is held in a woman's body is the creative center of her being. It is the seat of the sacral chakra associated with creativity, sexuality, emotional intelligence, pleasure, and relationships.

Themes of fluidity, change and passion flow through this area. Balance here looks like an ability to enjoy life, adaptability, healthy boundaries and artistic expression. Here we consider what balance, radiance and embodiment look and feel like and ask ourselves the question: Are you ready to answer the call to live in alignment?

You are invited to join Meagan Mac Ionnrachtaigh in exploring connection with your uterus or uterine space, the pelvic bones and diaphragm and the physical, emotional and energetic elements herein. Expect to learn about and experience diaphragmatic breathing, basic anatomy of the pelvis, pelvic diaphragm and organ tissues housed within plus the brain, kidney, uterus connection. Using guided meditation connect and breathe into your tissues one at a time infusing them with prana (life force energy and vitality). Cocreate this experience with other women bringing only what your unique self can bring to the table.

Revel in and distill some of the mystery and magic that we as women naturally cultivate and carry. Learn the rituals of care that women have been doing world wide for centuries; how we can hold ourselves and each other. This three-hour workshop is for any one born with a uterus from menarche through menopause.
