yoga Classes
Our classes are designed to meet you wherever you are—whether you’re seeking energy, strength, rest, or a moment of stillness. With a variety of styles ranging from dynamic, breath-driven flows to deeply restorative and meditative practices, each class offers an opportunity to connect with your body, calm your mind, and support your overall well-being.
Our experienced instructors create a supportive, inclusive environment with options for all levels, allowing you to move at your own pace and explore what your body needs each day. Come as you are—there’s a place for you here.
Start your day with a steady, intentional flow that allows time to warm up and ease into movement. This energizing class blends fluid transitions, longer holds, and breath-led sequences to build strength, stamina, and a calm, meditative focus.
An energizing sequence with focus on stamina, strength and breath, Flow Yoga incorporates flowing movements that are sometimes combined with some longer holds of important postures.
Restore balance and calm with gentle, all-level yoga focused on breath, alignment, and mindful movement. Join a supportive community and leave refreshed, stronger, and centered.
Steady, breath-linked movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus, with familiar postures, creative sequencing, and modifications for all levels. Ideal for those who enjoy a strong, breath-driven practice; some prior yoga experience recommended.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice that soothes the nervous system and calms body and mind. Settle in for nourishing 75 minute class, ideal for reducing chronic stress, anxiety, exhaustion, or for recovery from illness or injury.
Yin Yoga invites deep surrender with slow, long-held poses that target connective tissue. Expect to leave taller, refreshed, and energized as we explore the body and its energy systems by candlelight.
This is a seated Meditation class where instruction will be provided as you meditate under the guidance of your teacher.
Thursday Night Special
Join us for our Thursday Night Special, a rotating series of 90-minute classes where each week offers a unique experience rooted in yoga, somatics, and embodied movement practices. From the therapeutic release of Neurogenic Yoga™, to the gentle, restorative focus of Embodiment Yoga Somatics, to intuitive Embodied Movement, and the calming combination of Candlelight Flow + Yoga Nidra, each session creates space for both movement and deep rest.
These classes are accessible to all experience levels and offer a supportive environment to reduce stress, build resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of balance and well-being.
Come as you are—each week offers something a little different, but always an opportunity to slow down, reset, and return to yourself. When a month has five Thursdays, we may offer other topics including a 90-minute Yin, Deep Restorative, Traditional Hatha Yoga, or Two-Hour Hatha Yoga.
(1st Thursday of the Month) This practice combines yoga asana and pranayama with the body’s natural, therapeutic shaking response. Neurogenic Yoga reawakens our body’s intrinsic release mechanism for optimal health.
(2nd Thursday of the Month) This 90-minute class will focus on Embodiment - which is to say we will practice around the sense of mind and body as unseparated.
(3rd Thursday of the Month) A somatic class to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with your body. Using somatic principles, energetic maps, and embodied awareness, this monthly session fosters release, alignment, and authentic expression.
(4th Thursday of the Month) We begin the evening with candlelight centering & flow yoga to get warmed up, we then go into the deep relaxation and journey of Yoga Nidra.
