Kelly Koglin
Kelly believes yoga is truly for every person and every season of life. Her personal practice began more than a decade ago, and although she earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification through 21st Century Yoga on the Mat in 2021, she never initially envisioned herself teaching. As her own practice deepened and evolved, however, she felt called to share the transformative benefits of yoga with others. Drawn especially to the power of rest and nervous system regulation, Kelly spent years cultivating her personal restorative practice before pursuing advanced study through a months-long restorative yoga mentorship at Main Street Yoga Center. Through this experience, she discovered a deep passion for guiding students into practices that support healing, balance, and renewal.
As a restorative yoga teacher, Kelly creates a nurturing, grounded, and welcoming space where students are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and meet each moment exactly as they are. Her classes encourage deep rest, self-compassion, and the opportunity to experience restoration in a way that feels personal and meaningful. While you may occasionally find Kelly subbing a flow class here at the studio, her heart belongs to teaching restorative yoga, and she’d love to share the practice with you. Whether you're new to the practice or looking to deepen your experience, she warmly invites you to join her and explore the profound benefits of slowing down and simply being.
