Meagan Mac Ionnrachtaigh

Through Yoga, Breath, Meditation, Sound, and other means of connecting with Spirit, Meagan intuitively connects students with the tools to nurture divine growth and expansion.

Meagan's teaching style is grounded in 20 years of experience practicing yoga. In her class, expect a grounded slower flow, holding poses, and tapping into body awareness using the breath. Meagan prefers a format other than the traditional vinyasa flow that builds heat. She pays attention to what is going on astrologically as well as who shows up and the energy of the physical space where class is being taught.

Meagan also teaches Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, a practice close to her heart. These classes are about turning inward and connecting with your internal world as you move towards birthing your baby. Language that encourages and develops trust in your body, movement, meditation, and breath are primary components; as well as connecting with something bigger than yourself - a consciousness that runs through mothers all over the world.
